I didn’t know, did you know…
Today in 1942, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt signed an amendment to Public Law 689 (The Naval Reserve Act of 1938) to include the Women’s Auxiliary Reserve, later known as the “WAVES,” for Women Accepted for Volunteer Emergency Service.
We enjoyed working with National Women’s History Museum and we are continuing with them in the marketing of the spots. We also provided them with a script for the next PSA and they loved it, so now let’s see when we can produce with them as well as post.
