FLASHBACK FRIDAY, 2003: We worked on the music video for the Alicia Keys song, “Diary.” “Diary” became the third single from Keys’ second studio album, “The Diary of Alicia Keys.” “The Diary of Alicia Keys” debuted at number one on the Bi
llboard 200, and became the largest first-week sales album for a female artist that year. The song “Diary” reached number 8 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number 2 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Chart. Keys won four Grammys the year this album was released, including the award for best R&B album.
